    Default Inappropriate comments from patients to staff

    This topic seems to only be in the OD section. Could we get some input in the para section on this. I have had this happen to me most times the patients who do this are smart enough to make their comments when the doc is not within ear shot. When this has happened to me I let the patient know the comments are inappropriate . I am lucky enough to work in a building with security and upon several occasions I have called security to be present.

    I really would like to see the OD's responses to this as well as non OD comments
