    This should be an interesting talk covering methods to quantify how your practice is actually running (something too few of us really take the time to analyze)

    I've been in practice 61 years. With the present economy practice has slowed down--Trying to get young dedicated OD to help build the practice back and eventually take over practice. I have excellent staff and I am willing to subsedize practice financilly until I get an associate.Can u help.ed
