Clarity Acuity allows quick easy access to all charts using a simple menu based navigation system.
Users may also configure a custom workflow to facility their exam process and use programmable
hotkeys to jump to favorite charts that are not part of the typical exam.
Clarity Acuity includes many popular optotypes and tests, including Sloan Letters, Snellen Letters,
Pediatric Pictures, Tumbling E's, and cartoons for children. Users can add video and images
for patient education as well.

Lane lengths from 10ft (with mirror) to 26ft direct
Distances less than 20ft (6m), direct or as the sum of the distance from chart to mirror and mirror to chair,
are recommended only for screening and are not recommended for clinical use.
For clinical use we recommend a total length as close to 20ft (6m) as possible. Because the eye accommodates
one diopter at 1m and this accommodation diminishes at a rate of 1/distance short lanes lead to incorrect refractions.
For example, at 10ft (3m) the accommodation will be 1dioptre/3m = 0.33… which is well outside the ANSI tolerance for precision of 0.125 diopter.
