  ***The Reconditioning Process*** During our refurbishment process, we completely disassemble the entire unit right down to the base. We grind the base clean and paint it. The transfer motor is inspected, cleaned or replaced, The head is completely disassembled, cleaned and reassembled using new belts and sealed bearings. The sleeve bearings are replaced. All worn parts are discarded and replaced. The quill is opened and the internal parts are cleaned. The quill bearings are replaced with sealed bearings. The tracer is disassembled to the core, completely cleaned, reassembled and calibrated. The LMU is cleaned and calibrated. All plastic parts including the internal buckets and cover are stripped and repainted using a durable high quality glossy finish. The main motors are rebuilt. The cutting wheels are discarded and replaced with brand new wheels. The main boards are inspected, cleaned and the latest software is installed. Upon reassembly, our technicians meticulously detail every part of this patternless edger down to the wires and screws. Any worn part found is replaced. As you can see in the slide show, every part of our units are in excellent condition.
