CEwire2022 Frequently Asked Questions

1) How do I log in?

Log in to CEwire2022 by CLICKING HERE.

You can browse around the confernece even when it isn't in session, just to get comfortable with the interface!

2) When do Classes start?

The next interactive event starts on May 14th at 9:30am ET.

On Demand classes will be offered starting on Feburary 21st at 8am ET, and will run until August 1, 2022. Note that On Demand classes are unavailable on the weekends of the interactive events.

3) How can I find a schedule of classes at the February event?

4) Are all the same classes offered at each interactive event? (February, March, and May)

Yes, the plan is to offer all 60 credits at each interactive event, so participants can maximize the number of credits they receive.

5) How do I Earn Credit at the Interactive Events?

Just click on the proper classroom (Room 1, 2, or 3) to enter the course you're interested in. If you watch an ENTIRE interactive video, you will automatically be issued credit.

6) Do I Need to take a Quiz to get credit?

If you attend the INTERACTIVE Sessions in February, March, and May, no quizzes are required -- you will obtain credit just by watching an entire lecture.

If you watch a course at a later time ON DEMAND, then you must take a quiz to receive COPE credit

7) Where can I see how many credits i've earned?

Inside the conference, click on "Transcripts" and "Quizzes" to track your progress.

8) Does CEwire submit credits to ARBO?

Yes, we will be submitting all credits about 3-4 days after each interactive event. We submit the Enduring/On Demand credits to ARBO weekly.

9) I need to download my certificates and transcripts -- where do I do this?

A dedicated page on ODwire.org will be available approximately three days after the February interactive event is completed. On this page, you will be able to download individual certificates and a transcript of all the courses you passed.

10) How can I ask the speaker questions after the talks are over?

Each lecture at CEwire2022 has its own private discussion thread. Visit the discussion thread for the lecture you're interested in to ask follow-up questions and continue the conversation.

11) Where do I go if I need Help?

During the conference, click on The Lobby to chat interactively with CEwire2022 staff and other participants.

Chat is the most immediate way to get assistance, but you can also contact us via email at support@cewire2022.com.

Finally, if you post a message in the CEwire2022 Private Forum Welcome Thread, and we'll respond to it promptly.

12) I didn't fill in my OE tracker number! Where can I change it?

Click here to adjust your account details. Scroll a few lines down and fine the "Optional OE Tracker #" field. Fill it out and click "Save".
