However, I am going to add a huge potential bonus to that earning option! This is the kicker, you can earn ownership in the practice equivalent to 70% of the added value you produce by developing your practice within ours, for just working and being productive!
I am planning on retiring in 12 - 18 months. You can buy the practice or just keep your earned value in it at sale time. You will also get the first option to buy if another buyer comes along before you decide to buy. Can you turn that down?
