Full time Optometrist needed for Fredericksburg Virginia

I am looking for a good, dependable optometrist for a full time position at the Fredericksburg Costco starting August 1, 2016. This location has a separate entrance and is fully compliant with all state Optometry laws. I don't have positions available very often so if you are interested, please let me know soon. The exam only gross receipts last year (2015) were $173,000. You pay the rent, currently at $500 per 4 weeks and 5% to me, the rest is yours! I do believe that this office could gross over 200 K with an Optometrist willing to work hard.
