We have a practice for sale in Round Rock, Texas. It is a fully-equipped office with a pre-test room, 2 exam lanes, a lab, optical with displays, contact lens room, doctor’s office, break room and conference room. Moving the doctor's office to the conference room allows for a DFE room. All equipment is included in the ownership transfer including a new Topcon KR-1 auto-refractor, Optomap 200-Dx, both lanes of equipment, 9 computers plus a server and Crystal PM software. Each lane has chair, stand, slit-lamp, BIO, fundus lenses, trial lens kit, and computer acuity chart. The office is located between Dell Computers and Forest Creek, and is an ideal one-doctor office based on square footage. This is a more affluent area so it works well as a boutique office, but you also have access to a medicaid population that is under-served north of Austin.
