Well-equipped practice of 60+ years with 3 exam lanes, well-stocked large optical, lab with fastgrind surfacing and finishing. One of only two practices in our city.
We have the “basic good stuff”… HFA, autorefractor/topographer, autolensometer, etc., but not OCT or retinal camera.
I am retiring. I have had a great career in private practice optometry, and I think my asking price is pretty far below market value: asking $35K for everything including patient records.
The office building is already sold and we need to move out. I would rather sell the practice, instruments and inventory at a discount than have to move and store all of it.
