The front side is an RGP diameter gauge that measures diameters from 8.0 mm to 12.0 mm. The middle of the back side has dual wells for putting the RGP contact lenses into. On the right and left sides of the back side are conversion tables for "Points" to Inches. This is made out of white plastic. This is an item that came with my practice when I bought it from my seniordoc who fit a lot of HCL and RGP CL. The item is probably historical but in excellent and very clean condition. A great buy for use in the office or as a historical item for nostalgic reasons. I can email pictures to interested buyers.
