Looks like the liberals got what they wanted! We now have John McCain, registered liberal, well thought of by the Democrats (since he was picked as a potential running mate in the past), and either Hillary or Obama.

Here are our choices:
  1. Wishy washy McCain who can't decide who he really is and is potentially a reincarnation of George W. It's going to be very interesting to see the vote totals in November. True conservative Republicans don't like him and many libs will vote for him.
  2. Hillary who will bring back the cronies to the White House and destroy health care in this country
  3. Barack Obama the socialist
Conservatives are very depressed today. :(

I suspect the November elections will have the worst turn out in history because there is really nothing to vote for.

Guess we can all hope that Congress turns back conservative. It's pretty clear that the liberal Congress hasn't done much.

I don't have a problem with any of those candidates. None are owned by anyone, and we need a revolution. Let's shake things up, the status quo sucks.

Good idea. Just throw anyone in there.

Wonder if Nelson wants to get out of his lease...

But... I hate to tell you that none of these candidates strike me as people who are "different" than everyone else in Washington. Besides, liberals are not about change anyway. They are about keeping things the way they are. Conservatives are original thinkers. Odd isn't it? The very definition has changed hasn't it? I thought conservative meant no change, but it's not true.
