Man sentenced for unlicensed optometrist practice - wivb.com

I don't get it..this goes on in Houston every day of the week.
And the guy never even set foot in an optometry school. He has no license. Has been turned in hundreds of times...and just goes on his merry way.
You will absolutely love his web address.
BTW..if you want a script, he gets an M.D. to sign it without seeing you and charges extra.
All in a days work.

One would think...but you see, with no license to take away, our powerless State Board does nothing.
He always finds an OMD to front him and he ....well, does something to ...assist them.
This has been going on for 30 years.

In the days when I was a young man in school, we sent students to catch these guys.

Now, they do it right out in the open with the title...doc...sort of like a basketball player calling themselves doc...
