Meet Rob, he's a film-maker who lost his eye as a child. He's embarking on a journey to replace that lost eye with a video camera-- a battery operated, wireless, full fledged video camera. He's assembled a team of world class engineers to do it, and we're making it happen. Stay tuned for updates!
 
Very cool. I would think Sony, Samsung, etc.. could do this in a day. But it's nothing more than a toy. I don't see how this is going to benefit a monocular patient.

I think I read somewhere that it was some sort of bass-ackwards protest against ubiquitous surveillance in Canada... Not necessarily intended to help the fella see better, rather it is a sort of political statement.
