Rich is a very good doctor, both OD and DO. He’s pro-optometry, teaches laser and surgical to ODs (see Academy-Indianapolis), and assists both NBEO and advocacy efforts (scope battles). He understands the applicant: seat ratio dilemma. If Pembroke creates an excellent program, it’s a positive.
