Thanks again for everyone who attended this weekend's event!

The new software platform has been running smoothly, and it looks like with one more 'live' event to go in May we're in the home stretch!

About 3,000 docs have participated in CEwire2022 so far, if you haven't signed up yet feel free- https://www.cewire2022.com

All 60 hours are available on demand through August.

Thanks!
Adam

I know you all are probably working hard and I appreciate all of your efforts but I wanted to ask if I should be concerned my CE credits have not gone to ARBO for the latest CEwire event I attend March 19th, sorry to bother you all with this a I know you are busy and appreciate your efforts very much!..thank you

Hi Ben! ARBO is backed up -- no one has had the credits from march hit their OE tracker yet. I'm going to contact them again by mid-week if the credits aren't up there, but they told me it could take 3+ weeks (!) for the credits to appear.

As an aside, i'm signed up to attend the ARBO annual meeting in Chicago, where all the executives will be, and I plan to tell them face-to-face that this is the one area where they really, really need to improve... I can only say it so many times to them electronically :)

thanks

Tell them that Texas O.D.s will not be signing up again because of CE broker. See what they say.Why should we pay them?

This is more of a TX problem than an ARBO problem -- the OE tracker (besides the delays in getting hours posted) works accurately and is an easy way for state boards to query OD credits. The reason credits are delayed in posting is because on the ARBO end it is a semi-manual process. That is, we send them credits, and someone on their side has to key them in.

I've asked them to expose the UI to us (ie, to COPE administrators) so we could post them ourselves, but as yet they haven't, which leads me to believe they need to build out the interfaces to make them more robust for outsiders to use safely. I'll get the full story in Chicago in June i'm sure.

last year I ended up emailing them directly with the certificates and it was done pretty quickly. I only cared as license
was being renewed and the process was backed up as Adam states
