CE wire 2025

Should be. I went into the conference and they are up and available. Cutting it close

Are there certificates we can download, or just the transcript?

As a summary of each course with Cope # etc but not a traditional Certificate for each course
Whoops, not correct! You CAN download individual certificates OR an entire transcript. Whichever you need!

@Mike Alvarez --

Visit the Transcript Center here:

https://www.cewire2025.com/certificates

* Click on the year of the conference you want certificates for (in this case, 2025)
* It will pull up the entire list of courses you took.
* You can then click on "transcript" for the whole thing as a list OR
* Click on each individual course name for a certificate that you can "print" as a PDF.

We offer it both ways because in some jurisdictions, people need to keep those individual certificates and can't just use a list without a great deal of pain.

Thanks!

I'm curious...

Is this useful CEwire.com feature available at any other national meeting... brick and mortar or on line?

It is unclear.

In theory, this kind of stuff shouldn't be necessary since the OE Tracker keeps a permanent record as well. But in practice, a not-insignificant number of people don't use the OE Tracker. Or they live in a state like TX that doesn't use it.

So we keep an archive for people, going back to when the CEwire software was re-written and integrated with ODwire, circa early 2021.

Paul, some online education platforms both send in your CE to ARBO as well as send you a certificate of individual courses that you can save or send in to State Boards or Broker etc.

I think what he was getting at was that we archive all the certificates here as well -- so if you need to look retrospectively, you can come back and pull them up. It is of minor (or no?) benefit to people who do use the OE Tracker, since that record is considered "official" by most boards.

But for people who don't live and die with the OE tracker, I guess it can be handy? (I've noticed people looking at their transcripts and certificates from prior years, so there must be a reason they are revisiting them? Hard to say.)

For whatever reason, OE tracker only has about half of my CE. I think everything from here is there, but it seems a lot of places don’t send info to them.

Anyway, I appreciate the ability to download certificates.

Every place should submit these things for you into the OE tracker; that some don't is really shocking to me.

Because when you become a COPE administrator, ARBO states that we have a responsibility to maintain these records. IE, we have to keep records somewhere in case someone gets audited.

... And if you're forced to maintain records, taking the one additional step to submit the data to the OE tracker for users (so there will always be a permanent record, even if I croak) seems like the *very least* a CE provider can do.

Like Gordon Ramsey says... STANDARDS! :-o
