His top trends are an interesting pick -- particularly the student debt issue. I don't know how the kids today are addressing it, I can only imagine it can be taxing psychologically.
 
Thank you for posting this interesting interview. One of the most interesting things said that I’d like others to verify, is it true there are almost no private practices left in urban areas? I know obviously Dr. Farkas’s practice is still going well in an urban area; is that really the case with most practices though that cities are corporate only?

There are niche practices everywhere I’m sure but I think the trend lines in urban areas skew heavily commercial in 2018. @Ernie Bowling, do you have any stats at your disposal? Would love to put some numbers around it!

There are still plenty of PPs left in Columbus, our nearest big city.
