Is Contact Lens Revenue Worth the Squeeze?

2025 YTD CL stats round numbers,
2,800 boxes sold
U&C charge $260K
COGS $150K
Gross box revenue collected $220K

Net profit $70K

Is it worth all the management of selling boxes worth the $70K?

If I don’t spend the COGS $150K to bank the $70K and make it up some other way, what am I missing?
