I mention in the video -- VSI is offering exclusive show discounts on some of their inventory. More news as I get it.

We tested out our 'live streaming' from ODwire HQ yesterday, all systems are 'go' there.

Getting excited for the big show :)

Will VSI's show discounts be posted on ODwire?

The discounts are for people who attend the show -- that's the point of offering show discounts :)

It looks like multi-kilobucks off on several types of pieces of equipment.

When the show opens, i'll grab the prices and post them, but you'll still need to register for the conference to get the discount (do the math -- $99 registration fee...)

Will you be wearing it this weekend? Will Paul be wearing pants? And will we see a cameo of Reed?

OK on the VSI show specials. I know it's viewable online, but thought there was an actual physical meeting and we'd have to be there to see the deals.

    1) Yes, I will be wearing it -- I respect the ODwire audience! Just try to ignore the sweat rolling down my face, those studio lights are HOT

    2) Paul may or may not be wearing pants. I have the digital pixelator box set up just in case, so we don't have too many fainting episodes or to get taken to task by the local authorities.

    3) It is almost a certainty that Reed will burst in sometime during the event. He was sitting about 10' away from me when I shot that promo, rambling something-something about Pokemon cards, i'm surprised you couldn't hear it :)

No physical meeting -- the closest that we're going to get is paul and I livestreaming video from ODwire.org HQ (ie, my basement), we'll have that up on ODwire.org as well as in the CEwire conference, so everyone can at least tune into our antics and send us text messages.

During that livestream, i'll be shouting out discounts as I get them...

I predict cursing. LOTS of cursing.

Normally when Paul is here and I have a tech disaster (like recording the radio show), he just sits back and laughs... but it is taped, so who cares.

Live is a different story. And live on camera... oh god..

I am getting so excited looking at the schedule! I think there is going to be something great about seeing it live and being able to comment live. It's embarrassing for us reclusive sorts to ask questions in person but will be much easier in person. Heaven help the speakers. I guessing they will be challenged far more than usual. It will be a good thing though and true masters will enjoy the questioning I think.

Barry Eiden on keratoconus and Craig Sternberg on law topics at the same time??? I was depressed at first and then realized that I can watch them both at different times. I'd actually like to be able to watch them both simultaneously. Hmmm.

P.S. I don't think the Eastern time thing is clear enough. It ought to be right along with the time of each session. Better than that, you could customize the time for each separate IP Address. :)

I was able to view the interface and my lecture yesterday. It is truly seamless as are the tests interface. After you pass you can print out your certificate with COPE# etc directly. The exhibit hall is outstanding..................What an experience for all who join. The on demand leisure of taking the credits is truly amazing
