Thanks again to Carrie for speaking with me!

One of the nice things about the Best Practices program is that they do have all different modes of practice represented, and her office is an interesting one -- she's a single doc, but she has 11 employees. Thus she's built a highly successful, high-volume private practice model, with a single doc (soon to be expanding to two.)

From the video, i've attached her applicant interview questions, in case someone finds them helpful. They could provide a good launching-off point for many practices.

That was really good to listen to. That is an inspiring practice. Some very good ideas.

One thing that I really liked is that she's constantly finding ways to keep the staff engaged and interested -- and asking them about their own personal goals. This is something I think many of us forget to do -- just asking someone what their goals are is a good exercise to help them focus their mind.

My sister in law is into all that personal and development growth mindset and was helping my girls make vision boards when she had them a couple years ago. I think there might be something to all of that. Lol
