Dear Doctors and Staff,
We are writing to inform you that after 25 years supporting local Doctors, Gelflex will no longer be selling custom-made contact lenses in the USA.
This was not an easy decision, and we appreciate the impact it will have on your customers. However, current economic conditions coupled with difficulties competing with local manufactures has unfortunately brought us to this decision.
The last day we can accept any new orders will be Friday the 5th of September 2025. The United States office will be closing at the end of September.
For any warranty claims or 3 and 5 pack option orders after 30th September, please email infousa@gelflex.com and the Australian office will handle your enquiry.
We are very grateful for your support over the years and wish you continued success for the future.
