Help with cost of Midwest Vision Expo CE??

I attended the Midwest vision expo in chicago last may, 2005. I can't for the life of me find the payment in any of my records. I went up there just to look at the booths, but ended up paying for 4 hours of CE that day.

Anybody have any idea how much that should have cost?
