In this webinar, we take a candid look at Dr. Quint’s experience evaluating and using patient engagement technology in her own practices—what created friction, what ultimately made a difference, and how she sees technologies like AI continuing to change practice operations.

Some highlights include:
* Recognizing when disconnected technology creates more front-desk work instead of reducing it
* What Dr. Quint learned from trying multiple patient engagement platforms and what she now prioritizes when evaluating technology
* How streamlined communication, online scheduling, reviews, and recall have impacted her practices
* Real-world results, including growing from approximately 2–4 Google reviews per year to 4–5+ per week and using online scheduling to help fill an underutilized provider schedule
* Dr. Quint’s perspective on AI in optometry and where AI-powered front-desk technology could fit into the modern practice

A live Q&A follows Dr. Quint's presentation - don't miss it!
