We're happy to announce that registration for the NORA2020 Virtual Conference is now open!

This year's in-person event had to be cancelled due to COVID-19, but we're helping NORA fill in the gaps by offering their conference virtually in the fall!

Learn more about it here & register.

We'll keep this thread updated as the summer rolls on! If you have any questions for us or for NORA, please ask them here.

The NORA annual conference is a premier event for eye care and other health care professionals who provide rehabilitative services to individuals who have suffered a traumatic brain injury.

In line with our continued commitment toward advancing professional knowledge and understanding of Neuro- Optometric Rehabilitative care and encouraging strong working relationships among professionals, the NORA 2020 online conference brings together key opinion leaders from optometry and other specialties.

You can earn up to 17 COPE-approved CE credits from leading experts with all new presentations, without leaving home.

In response to member feedback, this year, we are very excited to announce the addition of a course designed to provide allied therapy professionals with a foundational understanding of the role of neuro-optometric rehabilitation for vision disorders associated with concussion, stroke and other neurological disorders.

We are also offering two courses designed for staff members that may be of interest to optometrists who are looking to add a neuro component to their office, as well.

Visual snow syndrome is a fascinating phenomenon of unknown neurological etiology. Although many clinicians have never even heard of it or consider it rare, it is more common than previously thought. In new Neuro Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA) blog Dr. M.H. Esther Han discusses visual snow syndrome that can follow optic nerve damage or traumatic brain injury. https://noravisionrehab.org/blog

Dr. Han will be presenting at the NORA online conference. For more info, visit www.nora2020.com
