Missouri has recently added CEBroker to track CE compliance Not sure what I may have to do.

My admittedly limited attempts to contact officials have been unsuccessful.

No "how to" instructions from your board?

They have a free account(do it yourself) OR subscription account(managed for you and reaching a live person is possible. :D

At least, create a free account.

It's not bad. We've had it in Texas for a few years seems to work well. If I recall, there is NO way to contact anyone at CE Broker from their website. Not sure if it changed.

CEBroker still doesn't reflect show my CE status. My hours are current on ARBO.

Does ARBO export the CE data to CEBroker? Hopefully, prior to renewal.

Why is CEBroker even necessary?

Not sure about ARBO. You may have to submit them yourself. That's kind of a hassle if you do many hours at once so try and input them as you go. You'll have to submit the certificates on CE Brokers website and write in the description of the course. You may have to sign the certificates so you'll need to print, sign and scan which kinda sucks.

I believe the State Boards like delegating the CE admin tasks hence CE Broker.

CE Broker and ARBO don't exchange information. I have had a paid CE broker and ARBO account for years and have taken courses that count for both. The organization that you take the courses usually submit the credits to both.

I can tell you from my experience at CEwire that ARBO does not transmit to Broker. The attendee has to print out or by some other means, send the certificate in to Broker themselves. WE cannot do it for them

They do not. You can download a transcript for the current reporting period and upload to CE Broker. It's pretty easy.
