Excellent. I met with school nurses last year and informed them we will help any child with exam and eyeglasses, as needed. I passed around + 6 eyeglasses, and 4 cyl lenses for them to look through and see the poor vision that some kids have, which will prevent learning. Insurance or none. Citizen or not. Any child, and teens. I needed eyeglasses by age 6, and we know there are many kids who do not get eye care. .
